Joel is a highly experienced physical education teacher with over 17 years of experience working with young people across diverse learning and behavioural needs. He specialises in supporting children and adolescents with additional needs through movement based therapy that builds confidence, regulation and physical competence. Joel brings
Joel is a highly experienced physical education teacher with over 17 years of experience working with young people across diverse learning and behavioural needs. He specialises in supporting children and adolescents with additional needs through movement based therapy that builds confidence, regulation and physical competence. Joel brings many years of experience in Muay Thai and boxing to develop strength, coordination and self belief alongside training in Tai Chi, breathing and mindfulness to support nervous system regulation, focus and emotional wellbeing.

Emma’s approach to life is straightforward, be true to yourself and others. Being transparent leaves little room for confusion. When offering counselling and psychological treatment, Emma works from a range of psychological approaches and tailors these to meet individual needs. Emma is available online or in person at our warehouse.
